Message - Jewelry design software

Hi,

I'm new to this message board. I have to do some Jewelry design and I
was wondering if there is a software available to do this. I know that
designing on the PC will save me lot of time and effort, but I dont know
if there is any SW available.

I would very much appreciate if someone could let me know.
