I use trueSpace from Caligari. I have been designing jewelry with it for 5 years, and I have been teaching people how to use it for the past three. Now Caligari is in the process of creating a jewelry specific version, and has asked for my input as a consultant. The 1st jewelry version is due out in July. If you don't need a jewelry specific version, trueSpace is available for as little as $99 for an older version.

I began using trueSpace because I liked the interface, and the low learning cudve.

In adition to trueSpace, other jewelers use Rhino, JewelCad, and Gemvision Matrix. These programs will all get the job done as well.

Feel free to contact me if you need more specific help with your jewelry project.
