The photos are jpg format
Maybe your Apple computer can't read them.
I am not sure about apple computer compatibility problems.
Most Internet photographs are Gif because the file size is small Jpg is larger better quilty Tif is even higher at 1.4 mig

I will post this to see if some one else knows what the problem.
I sent my cousin some jpg file on inter net. They could not open them as well. Let us know if you find out.
