I'm not too interested in learning 'Lingo' to publish my 3D work to the New Shockwave Player, are there any applications that do not require Lingo or Director?

Also, Is there an application that will allow me to import .dxf (.dwg?) format and save the model for playback in the Shockwave .dcr?.

A program that would let you create 3D for the web easily would be cool. Like a scaled down Studio Max, but simpler to use.
TIA
