Accurender BIG PROBLEM !!!!

I have a problem with ACCURENDER 3.0 under AutoCAD R14.
When i want to choose a material from a material library, yhe first time is OK, but if I want to do it one more time i recive this message:
FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Acces Violation exception at bfb9c432h
Always the same !!!!
I can´t put materials into my 3D model !!!!
Please help me at leamilli@fullzero.com.ar
