Message - need some explanation

I,ve already downloaded designworkshop lite program and installed it. also did the same with the alladin expander. But at after decompresing a 3d model from your page, i´m not able to open it with de design program.The following mesage appears:"systems exception file:D3Backdrop.cccpLine:383 SE error=0x0000090 Posible low resource subject"
