Who can do a CAD of a figurine for a diecaster?

I need someone to produce a 3d CAD design for a 8" figurine of an athlete on a vehicle proto-type. The diecaster I plan to use says he needs this to get the volumes for the diecast etc. Does anyone know who I could contact to get this CAD rendering done? Please email me with any information-thank you.
