Message - 3dsmax 4.2 raytracing engine looping ! help

for anyone who read this:

Please help, I am new at using max and have been having great suscess.
But, i have a problem, whenever i try to render my images, (they have reflections - using raytracing) the raytrace engine continues to loop and the images does not render.

Please help... i know it is just something stupid, but I can't find it.
