When you render in Autocad make sure you have the rendering setting to Photo Real in the Rendering Type Dialog box. Also in the rendering dialog box go to more options and set the antialasing to HIGH at the same time. There is also a system variable you can set as well to further enhance (was is called the jaggies) the syetem variable is FACETRES (type this in bottom of the command line in autocad) by default this is usually 0.5 the max you set it to is 10.0 this should help you out.
