I can create a ball with all the rounded facets and the valleys that divide them. I can draw it to any size and I can provide detail to the interior if required. I've no non-compensated interest in cutting up and reverse engineering a ball but if you have specifics they can be incorporated or if you're paying for it I could see about fully reverse engineering and provide patterns and mfg drawings.
