Greetings to you and everyone involved in Eugene's neighborhoods! 

Most of you reading this are busy volunteering to help your neighborhood stay organized, connected, and informed.  In an era where demands on time are many and free time is elusive; we would like to say, “THANK YOU”.

The work of running a Neighborhood Association is no small task. With this in mind, we encourage you to mark your calendar because we are throwing a party for you.

You and your family, including children, are cordially invited to the Grand Opening of Neighborhood Services on the first floor of the Atrium Building (99 West 10th Ave.) on Friday, February 8, from 4 to 8 pm.

Come in from the cold - this office is designed to be; an overall RESOURCE for Neighborhood Associations across Eugene; OPEN for access to staff, resources and the City; and to increase the ability for neighborhoods to COLLABORATE.

Look forward to light food and refreshments, an early visit by Mayor Kitty Piercy, participatory art with the City of Eugene’s Arts for All Program, an opportunity to work on your hidden talents with the Circus Arts program, and marimba performed by Shamwari at 6 pm.
