taken! The NLC voted twice to participate in the Eugene Celebration, yet 
only 7 Neighborhood Associations are represented on the schedule. Time is 
a wasting. Act fast before all the good times are taken!  Sign ups are not 
limited to NLC members. NA Board Members past and present are welcome 
to sign-up
