[NLC] Please help with the Neighborhood Program Assessment!

Greetings Neighbors,
Here is a chance to win a gift certificate to a selection of Eugene's

As many of you are aware, the City of Eugene's Neighborhood Program is
currently working with Neighborhood Leaders, City Staff and the public
involvement consulting firm Jeanne Lawson and Associates to perform an
overall program assessment.  The goal of the assessment is to make
recommendations that will help Neighborhood Services carry out its
mission to build community at the neighborhood level and improve the
livability of the City's neighborhoods.  We are collecting this
information through research of neighborhood programs in other cities,
stakeholder interviews, sidewalk surveys and an online survey.  You have
an opportunity to inform the neighborhood program, help your community,
