[NLC] Neighborhood Report: Harlow

Harlow Neighbors Association:
Attendance and participation at our meetings are low. We would like to
increase our members and meeting attendance. We plan to do this by raising
awareness of what neighborhood associations can do and why that is
important. Our next meeting is May 13th, this is a General Meeting and we
will be holding elections.
The main area of interest and action right now in our neighborhood is Phase
III of the I-5 Project which means some significant sound walls along I-5
and Beltline. ODOT recently held an open house at River Bend for all
effected neighbors. This gave the first real opportunity for us to get an
idea of how the sound walls would effect properties, what they will likely
look like and what ODOT maintenance of land around the sound walls might be
like.
