The NEI Committee meeting notes notes were not included in Heidi's post
because they were not available until this morning.  But here they are as
an attachment, for your reading pleasure.

While I have your attention, let me mention once again that this committee
has a place at the table for one representative from each neighborhood
association.  So if you would like to be represented in these important
discussions, please contact me.
