[NLC] New NLC Co-Chair [INFO ONLY]

Dear neighborhood leaders and others,

Randy Prince was elected as the new NLC Co-Chair at the February meeting.  Randy replaces Heidi Beierle and joins Alan Buck in leading the NLC.  Randy is also Co-Chair of Amazon Neighbors.  Randy is currently co-leading an NLC subcommittee that is working on advancing public safety and emergency preparedness at the neighborhood level.  Congratulations Randy!
