[NLC] Poll for February Meeting reschedule

Alan,

FYI ... The JWN (and I think two other NAs) meet on Feb 8. Plus 
that's the evening of the one-and-only "joint leaders" (CC, LTD, MPC) 
hearing on West Eugene Extension of EmX.

Might want to check for other conflicts with NA meetings and the City 
Calendar and scratch some of the dates on the doodle.
