[NLC] City Manager's Draft Strategies

Neighborhood advocates should be interested to know that at yesterday's CRG
meeting Jon Ruiz told the group that he intends to recommend to City Council
a group of six strategies to support the "pillar" of "protect, repair, and
enhance neighborhood livability."  Among other things they include support
for the goals and recommendations of ICS and Opportunity Siting.
