[NLC] NLC January Agenda

Folks,

Here is your very delayed January NLC agenda.
I sincerely apologize for the lateness. I am apparently unable to count 
4 weeks in a month that only has 4 weeks!

As you can see, we've got Envision Eugene and the Community Resource 
Group on the agenda. I know we've touched on both in past meetings, but 
we've had requests from several neighborhoods to revisit the topic, so 
hopefully this format will give everyone a chance to hear and be heard.

We also have two motions submitted for your consideration, the text of 
which is attached.
You will also find attached a letter from Neighborhood leaders to the 
CRG as well as the neighborhood livability standards from the CRG.


I hope to see you all there, 7pm in the Sloat Room.
