Dear Neighborhood Leader,

The following land use application(s) were received by the City of Eugene between 03/24/08 and 03/28/08.  Click on the web links provided below to access general information from the City's land use application tracking system.  For more specific information about an application, contact the planner identified on each application's webpage.  Please keep in mind that it can take several days after receipt of an application before planner assignments are made.

Application materials can be made available for review at the City's Permit and Information Center between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (99 West 10th Avenue).  If possible, please call ahead so that materials can be located in advance for viewing.  Copies can be obtained at cost.  Please keep in mind that staff may not have had time to thoroughly review the application materials and that additional time may be necessary to effectively respond to inquiries.

Public input is welcome and written testimony advised.  However, please keep in mind that applications may change between their initial submittal and when they are determined to be complete.  For those application types that require public notice (Type II-IV) it is recommended that testimony be submitted during the formal public comment period that follows a determination that an application is complete.  Neighborhood Associations will be notified by mail of the public comment period for any applications within their boundary.
