[WEC] The dates for the WEC Design Storming have been set.

We will meet on Thursday, March 13th and Saturday, March 15th.  Please hold
2:00 pm to 6:00 pm for the Thursday meeting and 8:00 am to noon for the
Saturday meeting.  Many more details to follow.
