[WEC] Bus tour of west Eugene in preparation for "design storming" March 4, 7 or 8?

Dear West Eugene Collaborative friends,

With the generous support of LTD, we are planning a bus tour of west Eugene
in preparation for our ³design storming² meeting next month.

I am writing to give you a heads up that I¹ll be sending out a Meeting
Wizard request soon to try to determine the best time to do this. Currently,
we are looking at doing the tour at one of three potential dates/times:

    Tuesday, March 4, afternoon (3-6 pm?)

    Friday, March 7, afternoon (3-6 pm?)

    Saturday, March 8, late morning (10 am - 1 pm?)

The idea is that it is one thing to look at maps and other sources of data;
it is another to actually be in west Eugene and experience what is happening
there. A couple months ago, Tom, Chris and I from the WEC all participated
in a bus tour LTD organized to look at potential routes for the west Eugene
EmX, and all came away with fresh insights. But this bus tour is being
organized specially for the WEC to highlight areas of interest to the us.

Tom and Mary from LTD, Emily and Rob from the City of Eugene, and I will be
working with LTD Marketing Representative Cosette Rees to plan an
informative tour. If you have ideas or requests, please let us know.
