[WEC] NOTICE: Bus tour scheduled for Tuesday, March 4, 3-6 pm, Eugene Downtown Station, Bay A

Dear WEC friends,

Not surprisingly, there was no single date/time that worked for all of us.
And for some who will be out of town, no date/time would have worked. But
looking at the Meeting Wizard responses, the date/time that looks the best
and should work for about a dozen of us is:

    Tuesday, March 4, 3-6 pm

The tour will leave promptly at 3 pm from:

    Eugene Downtown Station, Bay A

If it would be more convenient for some, you can also board a bit earlier at
the LTD Administrative offices in Glenwood.

Cosette Rees, marketing representative for LTD, is taking the lead on
putting together an itinerary specially for us with the intent of highlight
parts of west Eugene mostly likely to be of interest to us in our work.
Invariably, a 3-hour tour, especially one that will be delayed by rush-hour
traffic, will not be able to visit everything we might want to see, but we
will try to do the best we can.

More details early next week.

For now, Cosette wants everyone to know that the weather should be good next
week, that there will be an opportunity to do some walking, and that people
should wear comfortable shoes.

And, again, many thanks to LTD for helping us take this tour, which should
be good preparation for our ³design storming² the following week.
