[WEC] Notes from January 8 Coordinating Committee call

Greetings . . . 
 
Attached are notes from today's Coordinating Committee call.  A number of
topics were discussed, including a review of a draft agenda for the meeting
on January 24 and the anticipated presentation of an assessment of the WEC
process by Steve Greenwood from Oregon Solutions.  
 
If you have any questions about any of the material covered in the notes,
please give either John or me a call or email or talk to anyone who was on
today's call.
