[WEC] Scheduling the WEC Design Storming meeting

Dear WEC Members,
 
Good meeting yesterday!  We need to nail down the dates for the "Design
Storming" meeting as soon as possible.  So far, I have heard back from 14 of
you.   The possible dates at this point are:

*	February 15-16 
*	February 22-23 

*	March 7 - 8

In all those cases please expect the session to begin Friday afternoon at
5:30 and then again reasonably early on Saturday morning.  After we have
worked out the agenda with the Coordinating Committee we will let you know
the precise times for both days.
 
I have two requests, please:
 

1.	For those of you who have not yet responded to the MeetingWizard
request I sent out last Friday, please find it in your inbox if possible and
use it to let me know your availability.  If you can't find it please just
let me know by replying to this email. 

2.	If you did respond but your availability has changed in the
meanwhile, please let me know by email.
