[WEC] Scheduling the Next WEC Meeting -- Please Reply by Monday Noon

Dear WEC Members,
 
The Coordinating Committee has decided that the WEC “Design Storming” session should consist of a 5 hour meeting followed the next day by a 3 hour meeting.  They also emphasize that it is vital to have as many WEC members as involved as possible in the next stages of your work together.  
 
Given the preparations that are necessary, we are now looking at the week of March 10th for the next full WEC meeting.  Please respond to me with “yes or no” annotations to the five alternatives below:
 
▪        I can generally make a weekday morning meeting (8:00 to 1:00) followed by 8:00 to 11:00 the next day.
▪        I can generally make a weekday afternoon meeting (1:00 to 6:00) followed by a late afternoon meeting the next day (2:00 to 5:00)
▪        I would prefer a weekday morning (8:00 to 1:00) followed by a 2:00 to 5:00 afternoon meeting the next day.
▪        I can generally make evenings.  For example, 4:00 to 9:00 on a weekday followed by 6:00 to 9:00 the following day.
▪        I can make Friday afternoon (March 14) followed by Saturday morning (March 15)
 
After we get your  responses, we will send out  three or four proposed  combinations and hope we find one that works for everyone!
