[WEC] The good note on WEC presentations

Mary,
I thank you especially for your commitment to a collaborative process from
the very beginning when we discussed the possibilities and your continued
willingness to step in and recommit along the way.  It is a good feeling to
have gotten where we are and I hold all members of the WEC in the highest
regard. This has been a very selfless process- which is amazing on its own.
Today I was in a meeting with Rep DeFazio who seems very interested in the
same kind of engagement and flexibility the WEC has been all about. Thank
you Mary. Kitty
