[WEC] Consensus Check: Letter from WEC to Eugene City Council - 20101130-01 Draft

I think a coordinated (but simple) approach to making sure all City
Councilors are visited on this issue before Dec. 13 (but it's not necessary
before the letter goes out) is needed for best communication regarding who
is visiting with whom and so those folks can communicate with each other
once they have met with a given Councilor.

One approach would be to simply list all Councilors and compile a "sign-up"
electronically for who will talk with whom.
