[WEC] Consensus Check: Letter from WEC to Eugene City Council - 20101130-01 Draft

Greetings,

I have not seen any additional emails expressing changes except the small
change requested by Alan Buck. Two WEC members accepted the change but I
have not seen any other comments on the subject. I have taken the liberty to
add this small change (in red) to the last draft dated 20101130 and have
attached it to this email. Because time is of the essence and the the last
council meeting of 2010 is next Monday the 13th, this letter needs to be
finalized today and provided to the Mayor¹s office to be signed by the WEC
membership.

Also, I wanted to gather a sense of where the WEC is with meeting with
individual council members. As Rob noted Saturday night: ³Mary, Gary, Jim,
Jan and Aleta have signed up to contact city councilors. At least one WEC
member has signed up to contact each city councilor (aside from Chris). But
only Jan has signed up to contact George Brown, Betty Taylor or Alan
Zelenka. You can view -- or add to -- the sign up online:²

If meetings need to be coordinated please let me know and I will do what I
can to make that happen before Monday night.

Time is short, so please respond quickly if you want a coordinated response
from the WEC for the the next council meeting.

Warmly,

Tim
