[WEC] NOTICE: WEC / EmX Discussion #2 on Tue 11/2 @ 3:30 pm

Dear WEC friends ... and City of Eugene and LTD friends,

Based on the responses I have received, the least worst time for a second meeting for the WEC to discuss EmX appears to be:

    Tuesday, November 2   (Election Day)
    3:30 - 5:30 p.m.
    McNutt Room

Meanwhile, the ad hoc subcommittee -- Tom Schwetz, Kevin, Pat, Larry, Jim Welsh, Chris, Emily, Tim, me ... and JAN -- are looking at developing some options to bring to the full group.

A key question is:

What is (are) the problem(s) concerning EmX in west Eugene that the WEC has an interest helping with?
