[WEC-All] Upcoming WEC Meeting

Greetings WEC Collaborative Members:
 
We are preparing for next week’s meeting.  We will be meeting at Fire Station #1 again from 1:00 to 4:00.  An agenda for the meeting is attached.
 
During our time together, we hope to:
 
▪                   Get updates from each of the Task Forces
▪                   Consider and act on a proposal for a WEC spokesperson
▪                   Begin a discussion about guiding principles
▪                   Determine work plan activities and milestones through June 2008
 
We are attaching recent notes from the Communications and the Environment Task Forces; both are relatively brief and convey some interesting thoughts that we will be exploring.  Two pdf’s are also included – we reviewed these products from the problem definition/work plan task force in June; there is material here that can help inform our discussion about guiding principles and the extension of the work plan through June 2008.  Also attached is a generalized framework for a work plan that might serve as a vehicle to capture our thinking next Tuesday.  We expect the Land Use/Transportation Task Force to send out additional material on Monday after they meet.
