[WEC-All] West Eugene Collaborative meeting on October 24 and 25

Greetings,

 

The next meeting of the West Eugene Collaborative is scheduled for next
Wednesday and Thursday.  Please note that the Wednesday meeting has been
extended.  It will begin at 9:00 and adjourn at 1:00.

 

The agenda for both days is attached for your review.  Several of the
committees are still working on their preparatory material.   We will
provide you with their products when they are ready.  You will notice that
the major focus of the meeting is providing input from the Collaborative to
LTD about their EmX study.  The material you will receive before the meeting
is designed to help prepare Collaborative members for that discussion.  But,
in the meanwhile, if you want to see what LTD is saying about the study

We have also attached the meeting summary from the August meeting in case
any of you want to refresh your memories about progress made back then.

 

We have found a new location for the meeting:

 

Fire Station #1

1320 Willamette Street (Corner of Willamette at 13th)

Classroom #1

 

This promises to be an extremely productive meeting and we look forward to
working with you soon.
