[WEC-All] New Meeting Place for Thursday's WEC Meeting

In order to have adequate space to review the new maps that the WEC Mapping
Group is putting together the meeting place for the January 24 West Eugene
Collaborative meeting will now be:

   1062 Charnelton St., Eugene
 
I am also happy to let you know that Sam Seskin is confirmed and will be
able to add to what promises to be a very informative and productive
