This is a message sent to the West Eugene Collaborative members this
morning.  The agenda for next week¹s meeting and the work product from the
WEC¹s Analysis Committee is attached.

For WEC members who are receiving this information twice, my apologies.

Greetings WEC members:

We are looking forward to meeting next week. Three items are attached to
help in the preparation for the meeting.

§  Agenda
§  The Analysis Committee Work Product
§  A Table that Reflects the Process (where we have been and hope to go)
 
Day 2 on the agenda is purposefully vague. The plan is that, based upon
input from the full WEC, the Analysis Committee will meet on Wednesday to
respond to WEC feedback.  The WEC reaction will also help frame the agenda
for Thursday.

Most of the meeting¹s focus will be on the work of the Analysis Committee.
Attached to this email is their work product.  The work product consists of
eight integrated design issue clusters that emerged from the initial work of
three technical subcommittees.  These clusters achieved committee consensus
as a working framework in mid-June. The clusters have been developed to
their current level of content over many hours of weekly meetings through
July 23.   A binder of these documents color coded and collated will be
distributed to each WEC member at the meeting on July 29.  Please respond to
this email if you plan on printing these documents on your own and do not
need copies provided for you.  Extra binders will be provided for anyone who
wishes to print these documents separately.

The process/outcome table is included to help stimulate some discussion
toward the end of our meeting on Thursday about appropriate next steps that
lead toward consensus WEC recommendations by year-end.
