On June 10 the analysis committee is scheduled to meet at the Library from
2:00 to 5:00. Maybe we could extend our meeting by 30 min. and work the
other meeting in some way. Just an idea! I will be at the analysis for sure.
Thanks,
Gary

Subject: Re: [WEC-All] WEC: For Communications Committee - and
CoordinatingCommittee call
Hi Mary,
I just sent out an email to the Communications and Coordinating committees
about meeting with Sen. Prozanski and Rep. on Holvey at the next full WEC
meeting on June 26.
The June 10 plan would work, however, Kitty, suggested that the full WEC be
present.
Let's take a survey as to who can make the Tuesday, June 10 meeting. It is
scheduled from 2:00 -5:00 PM. Everybody, please respond ASAP! Let us know
if there is a 30 min. time between 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM when you can be
present.
Thanks,
Deborah

How about bringing as many people as possible together the afternoon of June
10, which we had originally set aside as a WEC meeting? Then the
coordinating committee could continue after they left.

Hello all,
Thanks for your work on this. I want to bring up another very, very
important communication. Senator Prozanski and Representative Holvey are
both very concerned about West 11th and on out to Veneta. They think our
work is too slow. They have ideas of their own. They think it has to happen
quickly. They would be willing to go to bat for the right idea/s. If we do
not invite them in ASAP, they may go without us. I suggest that we may want
to invite them to speak to the WEC about their concerns and recommendations
right now. I don't think a small group meeting will do it. I think they
need to see the breadth of the group and to know that we want to hear from
them. This is one of those important moments in the evolution of the WEC.
