[WEC-All] Meeting Summary and Flip Chart Notes from WEC Meeting #8

Dear WEC Members,
 
Attached are the draft Meeting Summary and transcription of the small group
flip chart notes from last week's meeting.  
 
We are happy to say that both Gary Wildish and Rick Duncan have agreed to
serve on the Analysis Committee and Rick has agreed to co-convene it.  Emily
is working on scheduling.  In addition, the Oregon Consensus Program is
making Oregon-based facilitation assistance available to the Committee.
 
We are also planning to send this summary to the WEC-All list so you are
likely to get it twice.  But since the server for that list has recently
been taking considerable time to deliver messages we want to get these
documents into your hands with a direct mailing.
