Thanks for the update.  I picked up one of the copies of the report from 
LTD this morning, and signed it out for th 3 days.  This copy seems to 
be missing the first four pages, which the Table of Contents indicates 
is the report summary.  Often the summary is the most read and most 
useful section of such reports.  Are these pages also available to the 
public?  Thanks.
