[WEC-Com] Status of Spokespeople Proposal?

Dear WEC Communications Committee,

The notes from the last full WEC meeting list the following action:

> The Communications Committee will consider spokesperson options and develop a
> recommendation, including language that defines the charge for these
> individuals, for the full WEC¹s consideration.

As I have heard nothing more about this topic in almost two weeks, I am
wondering where matters stand.
