[WEC-Com] Status of Spokespeople Proposal?

Hi Rob

Probably my fault. The committee hasn¹t met, but I only received two
recommendations for spokesperson, and they were both for the combination of
Jan and Gary. Since most people at the WEC meeting seemed to support that
idea, the task becomes one of convincing them that they can do the job. I
will see if I can¹t work up the basic job description by Monday and then we
can contact them and see if they are agreeable. If any of the committee
members would like to make sure some element is included in the description,
get the info to me by reply. Thanks
