[WEC-Com] Communications sub-committee meeting this week.

Its set - looks like most of us can meet this Thursday the 20th from
3:30-5:00 p.m. for the WEC Communications sub-committee.  Let's plan on
meeting here at the Public Works building - 858 Pearl Street (unless
someone has a nicer place to meet) in the Lyle Conference room.  I'll
send along a proposed agenda shortly.
