[WEC-Com] Council Agenda Item Summary and envoys

I am preparing to send out an email to our City Councilor envoys with
appropriate messaging for them to use in their pre-discussions prior to
next weeks' Council Workshop on funding the WEC.  I am planning on
sending the following documents:

 

The "Ask" paper

Rob's response to my email last evening

The Agenda Item Summary for the WEC Workshop

 

I'll also write out some detailed instruction on:

 

Approach (i.e. don't ask for money, but discuss our who, what, when,
where, how)

Important feedback loop prior to Thursday p.m.'s workshop on outstanding
questions, concerns, etc.

 

Please let me know as soon as you can if there's anything missing here -
I'll plan on sending these messages out this evening.
