[WEC-Com] Agenda for meeting 1/16 at 3:30

Dear Emily and WEC Communication Committee friends,

Thanks for putting an agenda together.

I am not planning on attending the rescheduled meeting on 1/16.

But I will reiterate a request from Lane County Commissioner Pete Sorenson
to think about how to better involve people who are not members of the WEC.
I had several back and forth emails with him and he seemed to be very
interested in how we decided who was a member ³at the table,² whether he or
someone else could come to the table, and if not how he or other people
concerned about west Eugene could engage with our efforts.

So could you please add an addition agenda item:

5) Consider Lane County Commissioners Pete Sorenson¹s request to think about
how to involve others in the WEC, and develop some sort of brief response to
him:

> ³i think you should give some thought to how to involve people who don't know
> what you're doing or who don't have time to be involved now but might have
> time later.²

Thanks,
Rob
