[WEC-Com] WEC: For Communications Committee - and Coordinating Committee call

Hi, all,
At/after the last Analysis Committee meeting, Deborah Noble, I, Tim 
McCabe, and Larry Reed agreed to try help get the public meetings 
process moving.  Attached is our modification of the notes from a 
4/11 Ad Hoc Communications Committee meeting.  We've changed some 
elements and added some more specificity. Hopefully we can discuss 
this at the 6/10 Coordinating Committee meeting and try to get 
commitments for making the public meetings happen  -- we suggest two 
meetings each on July 8 and 10.

[Note: None of us - Deborah, I, Tim, or Larry - are on the 
Communications Committee]
