Dear WEC Communications Committee,

Deborah asked me to take the lead on getting a press release out about the
Sept. 30 meetings. I took language from Deborah and Emily and made it pretty
into the attached Word document.

If anyone would like to tweak the language in this release, add additional
contacts, or whatever, please do so by Sunday.

I will be out-of-town this weekend, but will take whatever we have and
fax/email it out Monday morning.
