[WEC-Com] Communications Committee meeting prior to Community Outreach?

Dear Tim,

Thanks for trying to keep the ball moving.

Personally, I am neutral to the idea of a Communications Committee meeting,
as I won¹t be able to attend either public forum (as I will be hearing Yo-Yo
Ma with the Eugene Symphony Orchestra).

But I do think it would be good to coordinate both message and efforts
between now and a week from now, either face-to-face or via email.

I am wondering whether there is more I need to do to get the word out to
media, as Deborah has me assigned to help with news stories for KLCC and the
West Lane News. Is there more to do beyond sending the news release? If so,
should Jan and Gary be the media contacts?

P.S. Ed Russo contacting me this morning wanting info for a story. He wants
specifics about proposals, time lines, and the like. I referred him to Jan.

Hi all,
I wanted to get some idea about the interest in the communications committee
meeting prior to the outreach.  As you know, it was stressed that the
message of the 
WEC be consistent in both meetings.  I can send out a meeting wizard if need
be or we can just get a sense of the necessity of a meeting by replying to
all on this email and see where we are at.
