Very  good.
I will report that the collaborative has yet to develop cost  estimates,
but plans to do so later.

Sorry Ed, I don't have cost estimates.

A couple  WEC members who are familiar with construction did some
preliminary work to  see if there were huge cost differences between the
various ideas. They  report that the biggest difference would be in the
amount of extra right of  way that would need to be purchased, but that the
per mile cost of redoing  a street is in the same ballpark for most of the
ideas which are still on  the table.

The WEC as a whole did not see or review any cost estimates.  Rather we
decided to do another round of refining our solution set before  we work up
a cost estimate. That refinement will happen at the next full  WEC
meeting, tentatively scheduled for mid-October, after we hear from  the
public.
