[WEC-Coord] Can now use WEC_COORD email list, too

Dear WEC Coordinating Committee,

I am writing to let everyone know that in additional to the old WEC_AGENDA
email list there is now a new WEC_COORD email list:

    wec_agenda at westeugenecollaborative.com   (old)

    wec_coord at westeugenecollaborative.com    (new)

Both should reach the same people, but let's try to switch over to the new
list.

I look forward to our next meeting on September 11 at 3 pm.
