[WEC-Coord] Reporting

Just spoke with Ed Durkee who will be at the November 20 meeting.  He had
reported to his small group (Land Use) that Goodwill had a couple of key
leadership positions vacant and until they were filled, he would have to cut
back on his involvement - which is what happened.  Those positions are now
filled.
