[WEC-Coord] Recommendations from LUT Committee

Dear WEC Coordinating Committee,

FYI, for full WEC for the meeting on November 20, the WEC Land Use and
Transportation Committee plans to offer recommendations on:

    1) Core Values

    2) Work Plan

These recommendations will be available to the full WEC after the LUT
Committee has had time to review and refine these, which I don¹t expect will
be until Monday afternoon. This timing will still give the full WEC about a
day to review these recommendations in advance of the November 20 meeting.

It would be useful for the LUT Committee to have time during the appropriate
agenda items to speak to these recommendations.
