*** RED ALERT ***

Dear WEC Coordinating and Communications Committee,

For better or worse, the message below was inadvertently shared with the
entire WEC_ALL email list, which include all our interested parties,
including reporters, Mark Robinowitz and the like. I don¹t believe that we
want to have these internal politically sensitive discussion in such a
public way, do we?

For now, I have set the WEC_ALL list to require all messages to be approved
before going out. This is NOT intend to censure messages, but just to ensure
that they are going to the intended list.

Thanks,
Rob

Subject: Re: [WEC-All] WEC: For Communications Committee - and Coordinating
Committee call

Hi Mary,

I just sent out an email to the Communications and Coordinating committees
about meeting with Sen. Prozanski and Rep. on Holvey at the next full WEC
meeting on June 26.

The June 10 plan would work, however, Kitty, suggested that the full WEC be
present.

Let's take a survey as to who can make the Tuesday, June 10 meeting. It is
scheduled from 2:00 -5:00 PM. Everybody, please respond ASAP! Let us know
if there is a 30 min. time between 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM when you can be
present.

Thanks,
Deborah
